Refund policy

For returns and exchange, Tina’s Trinkets will accept items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, product(s) must be mailed out within 21 days of original order receipt date. Product(s) may not be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the original order receipt date. All product(s) must be returned with all of the original Tina’s Trinkets packaging and tags.

*Thrift items are non-refundable

*Jewelry products maybe returned, for a one-time free repair, if damaged within 21 days of item delivery.
